We are passionate about creating meaningful impact and are currently seeking a strategic, results-driven Fundraising Specialist to help us expand our reach and increase financial support from donors, sponsors, and partners.

The Role

As our Fundraising Specialist, you’ll lead the charge in developing and executing fundraising strategies to meet our financial goals. This includes donor acquisition and retention, writing compelling grant proposals, organizing fundraising events, and cultivating long-term relationships with supporters.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement short- and long-term fundraising strategies Identify and pursue new funding opportunities (individual donors, corporate sponsors, foundations, grants, etc.) Manage donor relations and communications Write grant proposals and reports Coordinate fundraising events and campaigns (both online and in-person) Maintain fundraising records and donor database Analyze fundraising performance and provide regular reports Collaborate with internal teams to align fundraising with organizational goals
